We purchased a landcruiser from Joe and his son Randon, there was no usual hard pressure sell that you can get from a car sales, they were friendly, professional and good honest people, we felt comfortable through the whole process. We did the #1 "dont do" and did not test drive the car, we just had faith it was going to be fine. Bought a Triton Exceed for my daughter just 2 weeks ago from Joe. It was over our budget but Joe helped out with that. I test drove it originally and I felt happy that it was a good buy. Joe said - ANY problems just let him know. Unfortunately after a week the battery just died (it happens). Called Joe and although a battery is designated a 'wear and tear' issue, he said that if I could come over, he would have one delivered to him (for me) straight away no cost. 1/2 hr later turned out it was brand new HD specific to the Triton. Response from Joe was extremely pleasing. Would happily recommend him.
